Since being elected I have paid particular attention in parliament to issues affecting elderly people, such as isolation, animal welfare issues (for instance the suffering of primates, calling for an end to the beak trimming of laying hens and opposing the use of electric shock dog collars) as well as issues surrounding HIV/AIDS.  In addition to this I have already taken up thousands of individual cases on behalf of constituents across the constituency, from Moulsecoomb to the Marina, from the Palace pier to Peacehaven.
